Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TokenGeneratorApp.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

TokenGeneratorApp.com provides a tool that allows users to create and deploy ERC-20 compatible tokens on various blockchain networks. The Platform generates smart contract code and facilitates deployment through the user's own blockchain wallet.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the token name, symbol, branding, metadata, description, and intended use of any token you create using the Platform.
  • You shall not create, deploy, or use tokens that impersonate, misrepresent, or infringe upon any existing cryptocurrency, company, brand, project, exchange, protocol, institution, or third party.
  • The Platform does not review, endorse, verify, or approve the legality, legitimacy, branding, naming, marketing, or intended use of user-created tokens.
  • You are solely responsible for the tokens you create using the Platform.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.
  • You shall not use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • You shall not create tokens that infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
  • You understand that token creation may be subject to securities laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Fees and Payments

The Platform charges a service fee for token creation, payable in the native cryptocurrency of the selected blockchain network. All fees are non-refundable once the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain. Gas fees are paid directly to the blockchain network and are not controlled by the Platform.

6. Smart Contracts and Blockchain

  • Once deployed, smart contracts are immutable and cannot be modified or deleted by the Platform.
  • The Platform does not have access to or control over deployed tokens.
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible. The Platform cannot reverse or cancel any transaction.
  • The Platform provides verified source code templates. Users should review the code before deployment.

7. No Financial Advice

The Platform does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token creation and cryptocurrency activities carry significant risks. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform's brand, logo, design, and original content are the property of TokenGeneratorApp.com. The smart contract templates are provided under the MIT license. Tokens created using the Platform belong to the deployer.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOKENGENERATORAPP.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FUNDS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the value of any tokens created.

10. Token Naming, Branding, and Impersonation

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that any token created through the Platform does not impersonate, misrepresent, or create confusion with any existing cryptocurrency, company, brand, protocol, exchange, institution, or third party.

TokenGeneratorApp.com is a self-service software tool and does not monitor or pre-approve user-created token names, symbols, branding, descriptions, or intended uses.

We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, or take other appropriate action in cases of suspected abuse, impersonation, fraud, or misuse of the Platform.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Create tokens for the purpose of fraud, scams, or deception.
  • Use the Platform to launder money or finance terrorism.
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Create tokens that violate any applicable laws.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TokenGeneratorApp.com, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
